He and his team have consulted on over a hundred payer system conversions, upgrades and replacements, and he brings a knowledge that is unique to this market space. Jim’s experience combined with his belief that practicing strong moral values including integrity, honesty and respect is key to building “trust relationships” – the most powerful tool in relationship building and consulting.
